Using MomentoStream, the majority of tasks are handled on our servers, not on your devices. Whether you have an older laptop, Chromebook, or desktop that’s been around for five years, they will work perfectly fine!
However, if you’re genuinely dedicated to streaming (which we hope you are!), we encourage investing in a top-notch microphone and webcam for the best results. Additionally, having a reliable pair of headphones is a smart choice as it helps minimize the chance of echo when you bring guests on board.
Browsers
Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera all work with MomentoStream. Unfortunately, other browsers, like Safari, do not support our technology yet. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.
Internet
Streaming requires a lot of data, but your current ISP or 4G provider should work fine. We recommend that you hardwire (ethernet) to your router. WiFi will work, but not as well.
Devices
MomentoStream works on almost all devices. You can use MomentoStream from your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. For the best experience we recommend using a computer/laptop.
Viewers can watch on any device/browser that supports the platform you’re streaming to.
